Position: Logistics Coordinator (Learnership Programmes)

We are seeking a practical and organised Logistics Coordinator to support the day-to-day operational coordination of learnership programmes.

The successful candidate will manage class attendance follow-up, learner transport arrangements, workplace placement coordination and workplace task tracking.

This role requires strong follow-up skills, accurate record keeping and the ability to coordinate learners across classroom and workplace environments.

Main Duties

• Monitor learner class attendance and follow up on absenteeism or late coming.
• Coordinate learner transport or movement to workplace sites where applicable.
• Allocate and confirm learner workplace placements with site supervisors.
• Maintain learner placement schedules, attendance records and task trackers.
• Follow up on workplace learning activities and supervisor confirmations.
• Report weekly on attendance, transport, placement and task progress.

Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric.
• Two (2) years’ experience in logistics, operations, learner coordination,

    scheduling or site administration.

• Strong Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams skills.
• Good communication, planning and problem-solving ability.
• Valid driver’s licence advantageous where site visits are required.
