Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Shop Floor Experience: 5-6 years of hands-on experience in the maintenance of injection molding machines, utilities, refrigeration chillers, and water pump equipment.
Job Purpose
Lead preventive and predictive maintenance activities for plant machinery and utilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance activities.
• Lead maintenance teams and root cause analysis.
• Monitor spare consumption and maintenance KPIs.
• Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with standards.
• Prepare training plans and skills gap analysis.
• Ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
Preferred Skills
Good communication skills, teamwork, problem-solving ability, and commitment to safety and quality standards.
Systems Knowledge
HACCP / ISO / TPM (Preferred)
