Maintenance Manager

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and repair of company facilities, equipment, and systems. The ideal candidate is organized, solutions-oriented, and committed to ensuring safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Supervise maintenance technicians and external contractors.
• Ensure facilities, equipment, and systems are operating efficiently.
• Monitor maintenance schedules, budgets, and inventory of spare parts.
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues and emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, HND, OND, or relevant technical qualification.
• Basic knowledge of facility, equipment, and building maintenance.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Previous maintenance or technical experience is an advantage but not required.
