- Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Cost & Management Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Management Accounting, Cost Accounting, Commercial Finance, or similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong experience with:
- Product costing and cost accounting
- Material cost analysis
- Variance analysis
- Margin and profitability analysis
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Financial reporting and performance analysis
- Cost optimisation initiatives
- SAP experience is essential and non-negotiable.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and influence business decisions through financial insight.
