Description

  • You will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key enterprise clients.
  • This role focuses on ensuring client satisfaction, driving account growth, and positioning the company’s technology solutions as strategic enablers of business success.
  • Acting as the primary liaison between corporate clients and internal teams, the Manager ensures that solutions are tailored to client needs while aligning with the company’s mission to deliver innovative, scalable, and value-driven technology solutions.

Responsibilties
Account Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decisionmakers.

Client Growth & Retention:

  • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through upselling and cross selling technology solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Strategic Alignment:

  • Understand client business objectives and align technology solutions to support their digital transformation goals.
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions

Revenue Performance:

  • Achieve revenue targets by managing account portfolios effectively.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with corporate clients.

Market Alignment:

  • Monitor industry trends and provide insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by recommending innovative solutions.

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related fields
  • Master’s degree MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • At least 7 years of experience in account management, corporate sales, or client relationship management within the technology solutions industry.
  • Proven track record of managing large enterprise accounts and achieving revenue growth.
  • Experience in negotiating contracts and managing long-term client partnerships.
  • Familiarity with solution-based and consultative sales approaches.
  • Certifications in account management or sales methodologies e.g., Key Account Management, SPIN Selling.
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert MCSE, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent cloud/IT certifications.
  • Certified Sales Leadership Professional CSLP or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms.
