Reporting into the Regional Manager Operations, the incumbent would be responsible for managing a fuel and convenience store, which includes overseeing sales, staff, inventory and operational & administrative systems and controls.
Duties:
- Conducting site inspections and operational checks
- Monitoring fuel operations and stock levels
- Managing cash controls and reconciliations
- Monitoring expenses and controlling costs
- Conducting stock counts and variance investigations
- Monitoring health and safety compliance
- Interacting with customers
- Ensuring service standards are consistently met.
