Kaikai is seeking a creative, commercially minded and relationship-driven Marketing & Partnerships Lead to build brand awareness, drive customer acquisition and develop strategic partnerships that support business growth.
This role goes beyond content creation. You will be responsible for shaping Kaikai's marketing strategy, growing our community, developing strategic partnerships and ensuring the Kaikai brand remains visible, relevant and trusted.
The ideal candidate understands how to combine storytelling, partnerships and marketing to create meaningful customer engagement and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
Brand & Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute Kaikai's marketing strategy.
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Monitor marketing performance and optimize initiatives.
Content & Digital Marketing
- Oversee content planning and execution.
- Manage social media, email marketing and digital campaigns.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, influencers and content creators.
- Support website growth and lead generation activities.
Partnerships & Business Development
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with accommodation providers, tourism operators and lifestyle brands.
- Build relationships with influencers, creators and community partners.
- Explore collaboration opportunities that increase brand visibility and customer acquisition.
- Support corporate and group travel opportunities.
Community Building
- Grow and nurture the Kaikai community.
- Support customer retention and referral initiatives.
- Assist with events, activations and experiential marketing activities.
- Build meaningful relationships with customers and partners.
