The Partnerships & Product Coordinator is responsible for identifying, engaging and managing travel partners while supporting the development of Kaikai's travel experiences. The role coordinates supplier outreach, property vetting, partnership onboarding, destination research and product development to ensure Kaikai maintains a high-quality portfolio of experiences and strategic partners across Southern Africa.
Responsibilities
Partnership Development
- Identify and engage potential accommodation, activity and experience partners across Southern Africa.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.
- Support partner onboarding and partnership management activities.
Product Development
- Research destinations, accommodation options and travel experiences.
- Assist in developing and curating Kaikai travel packages and experiences.
- Support the expansion of Kaikai's travel portfolio.
Property Vetting & Quality Assurance
- Evaluate potential partners against Kaikai's quality standards.
- Conduct desktop research and due diligence on prospective suppliers.
- Monitor partner performance and customer feedback.
Database & Administrative Management
- Maintain the Kaikai Assets Database.
- Keep accurate records of partners, contacts and opportunities.
- Prepare reports and partnership updates.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate product development initiatives and special projects.
- Support the execution of events, retreats and hosted experiences.
- Work closely with marketing and client experience teams to ensure successful delivery of travel experiences.
