Key Responsibilities- Manage and execute mechanical engineering projects related to mining equipment and plant operations
- Engage directly with mining clients to understand operational requirements and challenges
- Provide technical input and support in the specification and supply of aftermarket spares
- Identify opportunities to grow aftermarket and spares sales within existing and new client bases
- Deliver technical presentations and proposals tailored to client needs
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with internal engineering, production, and service teams to ensure seamless delivery
Minimum Requirements- BEng Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a project-based engineering environment
- Exposure to mining, mineral processing, or heavy equipment industries
- Strong technical understanding of mechanical systems and components
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with clients
- Willingness to transition into a client-facing and sales-oriented role
Advantageous- Previous experience working with vibrating equipment, screening, or mineral processing machinery
- Exposure to aftermarket support and spare parts environments
- Commercial awareness and an interest in technical sales
- Professional registration (preferred)
