Available Positions Hospital General Manager / Administrator Lead and manage the hospital’s administrative and operational activities, including financial oversight, resource mobilisation, business development, and strategic partnerships.
Drive efficient service delivery and ensure the hospital’s financial sustainability and institutional growth. Medical Doctor Provide comprehensive medical care through patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and clinical management.
Support both outpatient and inpatient services while promoting patient safety and healthcare quality improvements. Midwife Deliver maternal and newborn healthcare services encompassing antenatal, delivery, and postnatal care.
Advocate for safe motherhood, monitor maternal and infant health, and uphold clinical standards and protocols. Physiotherapist Assess, treat, and rehabilitate patients with physical injuries or mobility challenges.
Develop tailored treatment plans to support recovery and enhance patients’ physical independence and function. Qualifications and Requirements Possess a relevant recognised professional qualification with at least a Bachelor’s degree appropriate to the position.
Have a minimum of three years of relevant professional experience. Hold valid registration and practising licences with applicable professional regulatory bodies.
Exhibit strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. Demonstrate excellent organisational, problem-solving, and professional judgement abilities.
Maintain high standards of integrity, accountability, and ethical conduct. Be willing to work full-time and contribute to the hospital’s operational and service delivery goals.
