Positions required:
- Construction Manager (min. 10 years’ experience): expat or local – Duration: 20 months
- Electrical PV Supervisor: local – Duration: 10 months
- Commissioning Manager & Electrical HV Supervisor (min. 10 years’ experience): expat or local – Duration: 10 months
- Civil & Mechanical Supervisor: local – Duration: 12 months
- Logistics Supervisor / Community Liaison Officer: local (preferably from the Solwezi community) – Duration: 20 months
- HSE Manager (min. 10 years’ experience): expat or local – Duration: 20 months
- HSE Inspector: local – Duration: 17 months
- Quality Manager (min. 10 years’ experience): expat or local – Duration: 20 months
- Quality Inspector: local – Duration: 17 months
General requirements:
- Fluency in English, with ability to read and understand technical documentation
- Availability for the full duration of the assignment
- Legal authorization to work in Zambia and ability to obtain a visa in a timely manner
- Preference for candidates with prior solar project experience in Zambia or Africa
Conditions:
- Possibility of rotation 12 weeks on / 2 weeks off
- Weekends generally off
- Accommodation and vehicle provided if they are not residents of Solwezi
