Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new OPL opportunities in healthcare, hospitality, industrial, mining, and manufacturing sectors.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Conduct site visits and needs assessments to understand laundry volumes, workflows, and hygiene requirements.
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals, quotations, and commercial solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements within approved parameters.
  • Collaborate with operations, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure solutions are practical and deliverable.
  • Support customer onboarding and maintain ongoing client relationships.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric.
  • Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
  • 3–5 years’ sales experience in industrial services, B2B solutions, laundry, hygiene, hospitality, healthcare, or equipment-based sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
  • Selling service contracts, rental solutions, or capital/equipment-linked services.
  • Industrial laundry, textile rental, hygiene services, or facilities-related sales.
  • Tender submissions, quotations, and contract negotiations.
  • Engagement with hospital, hotel, factory, mine, or institutional clients.
