Operations & Administration Officer

Dovers Dental Clinic is seeking a smart, organized, proactive, and professional Operations & Administration Officer to support the day-to-day operations of our growing dental practice in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.

The successful candidate will work closely with management, staff, and patients to ensure smooth clinic operations, excellent patient experience, and efficient administrative processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate daily clinic operations and administrative activities
• Manage patient appointments, enquiries, and follow-up communications
• Welcome and attend to patients professionally
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Support staff scheduling and operational coordination
• Monitor inventory, office supplies, and procurement needs
• Track payments and assist with administrative reporting
• Support clinic marketing initiatives and patient engagement activities
• Coordinate social media and content creation activities where required
• Ensure a professional, organized, and efficient clinic environment
• Implement and maintain clinic policies and operational procedures
• Perform other duties reasonably assigned by management

REQUIREMENTS

• OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field
• Minimum of 2 years administrative, customer service, or operations experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Good computer skills Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, social media platforms
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Experience in healthcare, hospitality, customer service, or clinic administration is an advantage
