Social Media & Content Manager

Dovers Dental Clinic is seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Social Media & Content Manager to help grow our online presence, increase patient engagement, and strengthen our brand across digital platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for content creation, social media management, community engagement, and supporting patient acquisition through digital marketing initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Creation

• Create engaging social media content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Plan and execute photo and video content shoots within the clinic
• Design graphics, flyers, promotional materials, and educational content
• Edit short-form videos, reels, and patient awareness content
• Develop content calendars and posting schedules
• Ensure all content aligns with the Dovers Dental Clinic brand

Social Media Management

• Manage daily posting across social media platforms
• Respond to messages, comments, and online enquiries professionally
• Monitor social media trends and identify content opportunities
• Grow audience engagement and online visibility
• Track and report social media performance metrics

Marketing & Patient Growth

• Support digital marketing campaigns and promotions
• Assist with Google Business Profile updates and reviews
• Help increase patient enquiries and appointment bookings
• Collaborate with clinic staff to develop educational and promotional content
• Identify opportunities to improve online visibility and brand awareness

Photography & Videography

• Capture high-quality photos and videos within the clinic
• Organize and maintain content libraries
• Direct and coordinate content sessions with staff and patients where appropriate

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 2 years experience managing social media accounts
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Experience creating reels and short-form video content
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Professional attitude and attention to detail

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Candidates should have experience with some or all of the following:

• Canva
• CapCut
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Meta Business Suite
• Google Business Profile
• Basic photography and videography

ADDITIONAL ADVANTAGE
