Our client is seeking an organised and professional Operations Administrator to join their team in Panorama.
Requirements- Diploma or Certificate in Administration, Business Administration, Office Management, Logistics, or related field
- 2–3 years’ experience in:
- Administration
- Logistics Coordination
- Reception Management
- Admissions or Student Administration
- Experience in a higher education or training environment will be advantageous
Key Responsibilities- Manage student applications and admissions processes
- Process and follow up on admission documentation
- Communicate with prospective students
- Provide general administrative and reception support
- Assist with logistics and daily operations
Technical Skills- Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- ACT or similar CRM systems
- Student administration systems (advantageous)
Skills- Strong communication skills
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Professional and able to work under pressure
