Employment Information

Our client is seeking an organised and professional Operations Administrator to join their team in Panorama. Requirements
  • Diploma or Certificate in Administration, Business Administration, Office Management, Logistics, or related field
  • 2–3 years’ experience in:
    • Administration
    • Logistics Coordination
    • Reception Management
    • Admissions or Student Administration
  • Experience in a higher education or training environment will be advantageous
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage student applications and admissions processes
  • Process and follow up on admission documentation
  • Communicate with prospective students
  • Provide general administrative and reception support
  • Assist with logistics and daily operations
Technical Skills
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • ACT or similar CRM systems
  • Student administration systems (advantageous)
Skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organised and detail-oriented
  • Professional and able to work under pressure
