Duties:
Curate and oversee every aspect of the guest experience, from arrival to departure, ensuring an atmosphere of refined ultra luxury
Uphold Michelin Key standards and elevate service benchmarks beyond expectation
Inspire and guide departmental leaders to achieve operational brilliance and collaborative synergy
Safeguard the elegance of rooms, public spaces, and facilities with meticulous attention to detail
Champion guest recognition, VIP experiences, and bespoke service recovery
Drive operational productivity, cost discipline, and revenue optimisation
Contribute to strategic budgeting, forecasting, and long-term business planning
Ensure compliance with governance, financial controls, and statutory obligations
Cultivate, mentor, and empower teams to embody the spirit of ultra luxury hospitality
Represent Operations at the highest level of executive forums
Requirements:
Grade 12
A formal hospitality qualification
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Operations Manager or Rooms Division Manager within a well-known international brand
Proven success as an Operations Manager / Director of Rooms / Senior Rooms Leader in an ultra-luxury or Michelin Key property
Inspirational leadership with sharp operational and commercial insight
Mastery of Rooms, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Guest Services operations
Experience managing complex teams and diverse departments
Passion for guest centric excellence and bespoke service delivery
South African citizen, or foreign national with permanent residency status
