Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an Operations Management role within logistics, courier, transport, supply chain, or delivery environments.
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration (NQF Level 7).
- Non-negotiable experience in TMS, WMS software, Excel and helpdesk tools.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
