We seek to recruit the following qualified and experienced Overseer Miner based in Shamva.

About the Job
We are looking for an experienced Overseer Miner to join our Mining team based in Shamva. This position reports to
the Mine Captain.

Roles & Responsibilities
Ensures compliance to Mining Regulations, SHEQ Policies and Procedures.
Ensures the adequate provision of resources, machinery and equipment and controls use of the same to ensure it is within budget.
Coordinates Mining activities with the objective of meeting production targets.
Assesses the quality of work performed by subordinates and initiates corrective action where necessary.
Ensures the maintenance of high standards of housekeeping.
Manages on the job training and development of subordinates.
Prepares and submits requisite reports.

About You
Bsc. Hons. Degree in Mining Engineering
A holder of a Full Blasting License (FBL)
A minimum of 5 years mining experience.
