Longhorn Associates (“Your Innovative Financing & Investment Partner”) is hiring for the position of Partnership Officer (2 Positions) reporting to the Partnership Manager.

Role Purpose:

Support partnership and business development through partner identification, onboarding, market development and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and assess potential partners; coordinate onboarding and activation.
• Maintain regular engagement with partners, clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and partnership briefs.
• Conduct market research and competitor monitoring.
• Analyse partnership performance against KPIs and prepare reports.

Requirements:

• Full Grade 12 Certificate and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience.
• Skills in business development, client relationship management, market intelligence and report writing.
