To qualify for this position, you need:
- Proven hands-on experience managing Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads campaigns (minimum 2–3 years).
- Strong working knowledge of email marketing platforms and bulk-send best practices.
- Experience running WhatsApp campaigns via WhatsApp Business Manager and/or the WhatsApp Business API.
- Practical experience working in a CRM (Zoho CRM preferred; HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar acceptable).
- Comfortable with marketing automation, lead routing, and basic integration tools.
- Strong analytical mindset — able to read performance data and translate it into action.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Experience marketing in the property, rentals, or financial services sector.
- Familiarity with ZAPI or similar messaging API integrations.
- Working knowledge of Zoho Flow, Zapier, or Make for automation workflows.
- Basic copywriting and creative direction skills.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup.
Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Paid Media & Advertising- Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and creative testing to maximise ROAS.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and produce regular reports with actionable insights.
- Manage all ad platforms used by the rentals division, including any additional channels we expand into.
Email & WhatsApp Marketing- Build and execute bulk email marketing campaigns targeted at prospects and existing clients.
- Run WhatsApp campaigns using WhatsApp Business Manager and the WhatsApp Business API.
- Segment audiences, craft messaging, A/B test, and track engagement and conversion metrics.
- Maintain deliverability, opt-in compliance, and list hygiene across all bulk channels.
CRM & Automation- Manage and maintain campaign workflows, lead pipelines, and contact data within Zoho CRM.
- Build and maintain automations using Zoho tools and ZAPI to streamline lead handling
- and follow-ups.
- Ensure clean data flow between ad platforms, lead forms, CRM, and messaging channels.
- Set up tracking, attribution, and reporting structures so campaign performance is measurable end-to-end.
Campaign Strategy & Ideation
- Generate new campaign ideas and marketing angles tailored to rental investors and prospects.
- Develop content briefs, creative concepts, and offers in collaboration with design and content team members.
- Stay current on platform updates, ad trends, and best practices in the property and investment space.
- Continuously test, learn, and refine — treat every campaign as an opportunity to improve the system.
