About the role
We are seeking a capable Personal Assistant / Office Co-ordinator to join our team in George. As a vital member of the team, you will be responsible for providing personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. The ideal candidate we are seeking is a mature well-presented Afrikaans-speaking lady with a confident, independent personality, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage both office operations and client relationships professionally.
This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Previous experience working with debtors and creditors is essential
- Manage executive and personal calendars, appointments, and scheduling
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain professional relationships with clients, suppliers, and service providers
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and client queries in a professional manner
- Assist with debtors and creditors administration, including reconciliations and follow-ups
- Process invoices, payments, and general financial administration
- Prepare reports, documents, and office communication as required
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the role
- Provide general administrative and personal assistance support
- Strong independent personality with the ability to take initiative
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- High attention to detail and excellent time management skills
