Duties:
Welcome guests on arrival and assist with luggage handling
Escort guests to rooms and provide a brief orientation of hotel facilities
Assist with guest requests promptly and professionally
Support reception and housekeeping teams where required
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public areas
Assist with parking and general guest movement within the property
Deliver messages, amenities and room service items when needed
Monitor entrances and ensure a safe and welcoming environment
Requirements:
Previous experience in a hotel or guest service role advantageous
Friendly, professional and well-presented
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Physically fit and able to handle luggage
Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
Honest, reliable and punctual
Ability to remain calm and helpful under pressure
Positive attitude and genuine passion for guest service
Able to notice small details that make a big difference
Team player who supports colleagues across departments
