Job Responsibilities:
- Develop localized and standardized training materials covering our full product line, including FRP fiberglass products, resin artificial stone bathtubs, wash basins, and construction materials.
- Conduct regular systematic training for new and existing staff on product materials, production technology, specifications, core selling points, and application scenarios.
- Deliver specialized training for showroom sales and field sales teams on professional product knowledge, sales presentation skills, and customer communication techniques.
- Organize regular training assessments, collect feedback, and continuously optimize the training system to improve overall team professionalism.
- Research local Ugandan building material and sanitary ware market trends, analyze competitor products, and update training content to match local market demands.
- Cooperate with the HR department to complete new employee induction training and submit official training records and assessment results.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above; major in Marketing, Building Materials, or Professional Training is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in product training or sales within Uganda’s construction and sanitary ware industry.
- Fluent in English with strong public speaking, presentation, and offline teaching capabilities.
- Basic professional knowledge of sanitary ware, FRP products, and building materials; able to independently design and develop training courses.
- Self-motivated, fast-learning, able to adapt to rapid company business expansion.
