PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR – 3 POSITIONS

Job Summary:
The Production Supervisor will oversee daily mining and production activities, coordinate workers and equipment, and ensure production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and according to operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.
• Allocate tasks, equipment, and personnel according to operational requirements.
• Monitor production output and ensure targets are achieved.
• Coordinate with mechanics, electricians, operators, surveyors, and other departments.
• Ensure workers follow safety procedures and operational standards.
• Monitor equipment utilization and report breakdowns or operational challenges.
• Prepare daily production reports and maintain accurate operational records.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce downtime.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in Mining, Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.
• Previous supervisory experience, preferably in a mining environment.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Good understanding of mining production processes and safety requirements.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
