Job Responsibilities: 

  • Coordination of the production processes, ensuring the fulfilment of deadlines, quality and cost specifications.
  • Participation in detailed personnel planning, ensuring the optimal deployment of personnel in the production area.
  • Monitor and benchmark key production figures and initiate countermeasures.
  • Interface function to maintenance and logistics areas; ensuring problem solving and troubleshooting.
  • Special activities according to plant-specific procedural instructions and specifications of superiors.
  • Participation in process improvements within the framework of the CIP; ensuring the careful handling of work equipment.
  • Identification and documentation of quality deviations, initiation of follow-up inspections, preventive and improvement measures.
  • Proposals for masterdata changes; support in case of Launch of new products; carrying out difficult setting work on production equipment.
  • Takeover and handover of production or the area of responsibility at shift change; organisation, control and optimisation of work processes.
Job Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Related Technical Degree 5+ years of experience in Automotive Industry
  • Team Leader Experience is advantageous.
