Employment Information

  • Develop project plans, budgets, procurement strategies, and cost plans.
  • Prepare BOQs, tender documents, and contract packages.
  • Evaluate tenders, negotiate with subcontractors, and manage contract awards.
  • Monitor project costs, valuations, variations, and final accounts.
  • Oversee site activities and coordinate contractors to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Track project progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation measures.
  • Conduct site meetings and coordinate with consultants, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, HSE regulations, and project specifications.
  • Manage inspections, snagging, commissioning, and project handover documentation.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc/HND in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in quantity surveying and project management on building projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera P6, AutoCAD, CostX/WinQS, and MS Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of SMM, contract law, and Nigerian building regulations.
  • PMP, NIQS, or RICS certification/membership is an added advantage.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, commercial, and stakeholder management skills.
