We are seeking a Site Foreman to supervise daily site operations and coordinate trades to ensure construction works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and coordinate labour, subcontractors, and equipment operators
- Allocate tasks and ensure smooth sequencing of all trades on site
- Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications
- Track progress, report delays, and support site planning with the Site Engineer
- Enforce site safety, PPE compliance, and housekeeping standards
- Maintain daily site records including labour, materials, and equipment usage
- Support inspections, snagging, and handover activities
Requirements
- 5+ years construction experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of structural, architectural, and MEP works
- Ability to read drawings and coordinate site execution
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Construction-related qualification is an advantage
- Physically fit and able to work on active site environments
