Quantity Surveyor (Interiors)

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs, prepare estimates, monitor budgets, and ensure cost-effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and variations.
• Evaluate contractor claims and payment certificates.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and cost analysis.
• Ensure projects are delivered within budget and contractual requirements.
• Prepare project cost reports and final accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and contract administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quantity surveying software.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
