Site Supervisor – Furniture Manufacturing & Interior Fit-Out

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise furniture installation and fit-out activities on project sites.
• Coordinate installers, artisans, subcontractors, and site personnel.
• Ensure projects are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
• Conduct site measurements and verify dimensions before installation.
• Monitor quality standards and ensure snag-free project delivery.
• Prepare daily site reports with photographs and progress updates.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, and project managers.
• Manage site materials, deliveries, and installations.

Requirements

• HND/B.Sc. in a relevant discipline is preferred with 3–5 years of experience in furniture manufacturing, joinery, interior fit-out, or related construction projects.
• Strong understanding of kitchens, wardrobes, doors, wall cladding, and custom furniture installations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Good communication, leadership, and reporting skills.
