Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition & Relationship ManagementDevelop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.Understand client recruitment needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and secure agreements for recruitment services.Advise clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.Candidate Sourcing & ManagementSource candidates through databases, job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ skills and suitability.Maintain ongoing communication with candidates regarding job opportunities.Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future client needs.Recruitment Process ManagementManage the end-to-end recruitment process, including:Advertising rolesShortlisting candidatesCoordinating interviewsFacilitating offers and negotiationsManaging onboarding where applicableEnsure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical recruitment practices.Sales & Performance TargetsAchieve agreed-upon revenue and placement targets.Track and report on key metrics: placements, billings, client satisfaction, candidate response rate.Maintain accurate records of all client and candidate interactions in CRM/recruitment software.Professional Development & Team CollaborationStay up to date with industry trends, new sourcing techniques, and recruitment best practices.Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, leads, and strategies.Attend networking events, job fairs, and client meetings as required. Qualifications
Minimum
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle
Preferred
  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or Marketing
  • Recruitment or sales certification (e.g., SAPS, IRE, SABPP) is advantageous
Experience
  • 1–5+ years’ experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales
  • Experience in permanent, contract, or temporary placement is preferred
  • Track record of achieving targets and managing client/candidate relationships
  • Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Zoho Recruit, Excel-based CRM)
