Must have a Bachelor's Degree and Remuneration / Reward-related qualifications.
GRP (Global Remuneration Professional) certification would be advantageous.
Must have 5+ years of experience in Total Rewards / Remuneration.
Must have salary Benchmarking experience.
Must have strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
Must have knowledge of pay structures, grading, and market data.
Experience with executive remuneration advisory would be advantageous.
Must have strong stakeholder engagement skills.
Must be immediately available or on short notice.
