Applicants must have the following requirements:
Must have a Master's Degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology (MTech).
Must have 8-10 years of post-qualification experience as a Project Architect.
Must have experience as a project lead.
Must have experience as a principal agent or lead consultant.
Must be able to manage projects from inception to close-out.
Must be proficient in Autodesk Revit, BIM workflows, and Adobe Creative Suite software.
Must have hospitality and on-site experience.
Must have a valid passport.
