What You'll Do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Present products and services to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline reports.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, marketing, or customer acquisition.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to exceed targets.
  • Experience with digital sales tools and CRM platforms is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and highly organized.

Earning Potential Summary

  • ₦120,000 – ₦150,000 Monthly Salary During Probation
  • Up to ₦1.4 Million Commission after the First 3 Months Upon Meeting Targets
  • ₦250,000 Monthly Salary on meeting 70% of targets After Probation Performance-Based
