Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Promote and sell company products and services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, site visits, and other sales strategies.
  • Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve company objectives.


Customer Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after sales transactions.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
  • Follow up with clients regularly to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.


Sales Presentations & Negotiation

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
  • Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and value propositions effectively.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and agreements with customers within company guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery.


Target Achievement & Reporting

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.
  • Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and transaction data.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management review.
  • Use CRM systems and other sales tools to track customer interactions and sales progress.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related role is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence customers effectively.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver’s license may be an added advantage depending on the role requirements.
