The company works closely with contractors, developers, hardware distributors, and infrastructure companies across Kenya.

Job Summary
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by leading the sales team, building relationships with contractors and construction companies, and expanding the company’s presence within the construction and building materials market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share within the construction and infrastructure sectors.
  • Lead and manage the sales representatives, setting performance targets and monitoring sales performance.
  • Build strong relationships with contractors, engineers, developers, and hardware distributors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in road construction projects, real estate developments, and quarry operations.
  • Oversee contractor account management and key project opportunities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on quotations and project proposals.
  • Support the development of distributor partnerships across different regions.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years sales experience in construction materials, hardware, building materials, gabions, mesh, or related manufacturing industries.
  • Proven experience managing or supervising sales teams.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Experience dealing with contractors, developers, or hardware distributors is highly preferred.
  • Ability to travel to construction sites and meet clients.
