Job Summary
The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities by engaging with contractors, visiting construction sites, and building relationships with hardware distributors and developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach contractors, developers, and construction companies requiring gabion and mesh solutions.
- Conduct construction site visits to introduce company products and identify project opportunities.
- Generate and follow up on quotations for potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hardware stores and distributors.
- Maintain a database of contractors, engineers, and procurement officers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
- Conduct product presentations and explain the benefits of gabion solutions for infrastructure projects.
- Provide regular sales activity reports and updates to management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years experience in sales, preferably in construction materials, building materials, hardware, or manufacturing industries.
- Experience selling to contractors, developers, or hardware stores is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
