Job Summary: 


This Sale/Regional manager will be responsible for the increase in revenue for the company by focusing on Business Development and Partnerships. This role involves managing various key in the sales department, such as managing staff, budget and performance, building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and managing operational expenses within the company. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Overseeing staff, including administrative and reception staff, and ensuring they are properly developed and trained.
  • Developing and managing budgets, sales forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure sales goals are me.
  • Maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders, such as healthcare providers, payers, and policy makers.
  • Ensuring compliance with company reporting and compliance requirements, and escalating any material breaches to appropriate management.
  • Managing operational expenses.
  • Conducting market intelligence and assisting in tender preparation.

Requirements:
  • Experience working for pharmaceutical or
    medical device company.
  • A university degree/postgraduate in the Life Sciences/Healthcare field is desirable but not essential.
