Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and online channels
  • Promote and sell solar energy products and solutions
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site assessments
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Provide after-sales support and follow-up
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and reports


Requirements
  • Minimum of OND in any field
  • 2+ years experience in sales (solar, electrical, or technical sales is an advantage)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Basic understanding of solar systems is a plus
