The role requires extensive fieldwork and direct engagement with customers, distributors, restaurants, and institutional buyers.

ย โข Drive sales growth within assigned territories.
ย โข Identify and acquire new customers, distributors, retailers, and institutional buyers.
ย โข Grow daily sales volumes and market share.
ย โข Oversee performance of distributor shops and franchise outlets.
ย โข Recruit and onboard new vendor cart franchisees and distribution partners.
ย โข Conduct customer visits and manage client relationships.
ย โข Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market opportunities.
ย โข Support outlet promotions, campaigns, activations, and brand visibility initiatives.
ย โข Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
ย โข Track collections, customer growth, and territory performance.
ย โข Resolve customer complaints and support retention efforts.
ย โข Ensure consistent market coverage and business development activities.

ย โข Minimum 3 yearsโ experience in FMCG, food distribution, retail sales, or territory management.
ย โข Experience in franchise growth or distributor management is an added advantage.
ย โข Strong field sales and business development background preferred.
