Role Summary
The Sales Supervisor / Team Lead is responsible for leading the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly driver acquisition targets. The role involves supervising Sales Leads, monitoring performance, ensuring team continuity through recruitment, resolving operational issues, and reporting overall team performance to the Supply Operations Head.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all 5 Sales Leads to ensure they achieve their assigned daily and weekly targets.
- Own the team's overall daily, weekly, and monthly driver acquisition performance.
- Monitor individual and team KPIs, providing coaching and support to improve performance.
- Recruit and onboard replacement Sales Agents promptly whenever an agent resigns or becomes inactive to maintain full team capacity.
- Conduct daily performance reviews and team briefings to align priorities and address challenges.
- Escalate operational issues, field challenges, and resource requirements to the Supply Operations Head in a timely manner.
- Consolidate daily reports from all Sales Leads into a single performance report.
- Ensure accurate reporting of registrations, activations, follow-ups, and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with other operational teams to resolve registration and onboarding issues.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity standards across the sales team.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and team efficiency.

- Achievement of daily and weekly driver registration targets.
