SECURITY GUARD

We are looking for disciplined, alert, and responsible Security Guards to join the Chipo’s Lux Apartments team. The ideal candidates should be committed to maintaining the safety and security of guests, staff, and property while delivering professional and respectful service at all times.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property

• Monitor entrances, exits, and surrounding premises

• Control access to the apartments and verify visitors when necessary

• Conduct regular patrols and security inspections

• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns

• Maintain order and enforce property rules and procedures

• Report suspicious activities, damages, or security breaches immediately

• Assist guests and staff professionally when required

• Monitor CCTV systems and security equipment where applicable

• Prepare daily incident and security reports

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent

• Previous experience in security services is an added advantage

• Physically fit, alert, and able to work long shifts

• Strong observation and problem-solving skills

• Honest, disciplined, and professional conduct

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and during emergencies

• Willingness to work weekends, nights, and holidays when required

• Basic security training or certification is an added advantage

• Knowledge of first aid procedures is an added advantage
