Key Responsibilities
Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair electrical faults in processing lines, packaging machines, motors, sensors, and variable frequency drives (VFDs).
Automation and Control: Troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs), human-machine interfaces (HMIs), and instrumentation loops.
Preventive Maintenance: Execute routine checks and servicing schedules to minimize unexpected production line downtime.
Safety and Compliance: Adhere to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, permit systems, and food safety standards like HACCP, GMP, and ISO guidelines.
