Senior Full Stack Developer

An established and fast-growing organisation is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join its Business Systems team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering robust software solutions while working alongside skilled developers, business stakeholders, and technical teams. Key Responsibilities: 
-    Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade software applications.
-    Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
-    Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
-    Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
-    Troubleshoot, optimise, and resolve application defects and production issues.
-    Ensure software quality through testing, documentation, and adherence to development standards.
-    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical solutions.
-    Contribute to system performance, security, and maintainability initiatives.

Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile:
Education 
-    Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience 
-    Minimum 5 years' software development experience.
-    Strong full stack development experience within enterprise environments.
-    Experience working in Agile development teams.
-    Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD practices advantageous.

-    ASP.NET Core

-    Entity Framework
-    SQL Server
-    React, Angular, or Vue.js
-    JavaScript / TypeScript
-    REST APIs and GraphQL
-    Git
-    Automated Testing (NUnit, xUnit, Playwright)

-    Azure exposure advantageous
-    RabbitMQ or Kafka advantageous
