SENIOR PACKHOUSE MANAGER
Location: Nelspruit
Remuneration: R±80 000 - R99 000 per month *Depending on qualification and Experience
REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12 / Matric plus relevant tertiary qualification in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Agriculture, Business Management or relavent
Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in fruit packing / packhouse operations, with proven management experience.
Proven experience managing and leading multiple packhouses or operational units will be an advantage.
Strong understanding of citrus and other fruit packing operations, including operational planning, labour utilisation, packing efficiency and throughput.
Strong financial understanding, including budget management, cost control and monitoring of operational expenses.
Experience with Power BI or similar management information systems will be an advantage.
Knowledge and understanding of GlobalGAP, food safety, SIZA, Health & Safety and other relevant compliance requirements..
