Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure that the correct headcount is maintained on the respective site, according to the specified site requirements
- Screen candidates according to Company requirements
- Select candidates for placement and/or overtime in a legal and ethical manner
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and in doing so increase, if possible, the headcount on the allocated site
- Ensure that the correct paperwork is signed and maintained for all assignees
- Ensure that assignee files are kept up to date and that assignees are using the payslip app
- Ensure that all requirements as stipulated by the Company are adhered to when submitting timesheets and supporting documents for payments
- Manage the issuing and control of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Manage end of contracts and injuries on duty
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric
- Minimum of 2-year supervisory experience in site management
- TES experience (advantageous)
- Basic knowledge of Human Resource (HR), Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA) and Labour Relations Act (LRA)
- Good numeracy skills
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Driver’s license with own reliable vehicle (advantageous)
