The Role
- We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and proactive Social Media Manager & Personal Assistant to join our team. This dual-role position requires a unique blend of skills: you will be the creative voice behind our social media platforms and the strategic anchor managing the day-to-day administrative needs of a senior executive.

Key Responsibilities
Part 1: Social Media Management & Content Creation 50%:
- Content Strategy & Creation: Plan, script, shoot, and edit high-quality visual and written content graphics, reels, tiktoks, carousels, and copy tailored for various platforms.
- Platform Management: Manage and grow our presence across key social media channels Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc..
- Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/inquiries authentically, and foster an engaged digital community.
- Analytics: Track engagement metrics and provide monthly insights to refine content performance and brand visibility.
Part 2: Personal Assistant & Executive Support 50%:
- Calendar & Schedule Management: Serve as the gatekeeper for the Executive’s calendar—scheduling meetings, managing appointments, and ensuring seamless daily operations.
- Correspondence & Communication: Draft, review, and manage professional correspondence, emails, and memos with a polished, authoritative, yet empathetic tone.
- Travel & Logistics: Coordinate travel itineraries, flight bookings, accommodations, and logistics for business and personal requirements.
- Administrative Support: Handle sensitive documentation, track action items/reminders, and manage errands or special projects to optimize the Executive’s daily productivity.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience working in content creation, social media management, and/or as an Executive/Personal Assistant.
- Content Skills: Proficiency with content creation tools e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite and a strong understanding of current social media trends, algorithms, and aesthetics.
- Organizational Excellence: Stellar time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Style: Flawless verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact professionally with high-level internal and external stakeholders.
- Discretion: High emotional intelligence and absolute discretion when handling confidential business and personal information.
