HENAN FILLING STATION — JOB VACANCIES (MULTIPLE POSITIONS) 🏢
Duty Stations: Lusaka and Ndola, Zambia | Position: Station Manager (1 Vacancy)
Henan Filling Station invites applications from suitably qualified, motivated, honest, and hardworking professionals to fill the position of Station Manager (1 Vacancy).
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:
- Grade 12 Certificate, certified or verified.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Operations, Commerce, Marketing, or related discipline.
- Valid National Registration Card (NRC).
- No criminal record.
- Proven management and leadership experience in petroleum retailing, FMCG, or high-volume commercial retail.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Solid understanding of financial controls, stock management, and Zambian petroleum safety regulations (ERB standards).
Position-Specific Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated management experience, decisive leadership, and robust organisational skills.
- Manage overall station operations, forecourt productivity, and convenience store commercial performance.
- Supervise fuel inventory ordering, delivery offloading, stock reconciliations, and wet-stock management.
- Lead, mentor, and appraise station supervisors, cashiers, technicians, and forecourt staff.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory licenses, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Drive revenue growth, maintain client relationships, and implement cost-containment measures.
