Steel Structural Designer

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Steel Designerlocated in Lagos.
• The Steel Designer will be responsible for creating steel structures designs, working with rebar, and interpreting architectural drawings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years proven experience in structural steel design.
• Strong knowledge of steel structures and fabrication drawings.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Tekla, STAAD Pro, SAP2000, or related software.
• Knowledge of Steel Structures
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other detailing software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Relevant certification or degree in Structural Engineering or related field
• Candidates must be hardworking, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Good teamwork and communication skills are required.
• Ability to commute/relocate.
