Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume recruitment operations and ensure strong talent pipeline coverage across the organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to meet forecasted hiring and seat demand
2. Source, screen, and coordinate qualified candidates for open positions across multiple departments
3. Ensure timely delivery of quality candidates aligned with role requirements and hiring timelines
4. Manage candidate communication and scheduling throughout the recruitment lifecycle
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, dashboards, and ATS/CRM systems
6. Track and report on key Talent Acquisition metrics, including:
7. Pipeline coverage
8. Time-to-fill
9. Interview-to-hire conversion
10. Candidate quality
11. New hire retention under 90 days
12. Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, documentation standards, and operational procedures
13. Collaborate closely with hiring managers and operational leaders to support workforce planning
14. Support continuous improvement initiatives within recruitment operations and reporting

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
2. Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or high-volume hiring environments
3. Strong sourcing and candidate engagement capability
4. Experience using ATS, CRM, or recruitment management systems
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills
6. Strong written and verbal communication abilities
7. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
