Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Position Scoping

  • Provide input into the overarching talent acquisition strategy to ensure proactive industry-wide sourcing.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and build accurate position profiles.
  • Draft clear, inclusive and engaging job advertisements that accurately reflect role requirements and attract suitably qualified talent.
Sourcing and Candidate Attraction
  • Publish vacancies across careers pages, social media and industry-specific job boards.
  • Utilise advanced online sourcing methodologies to identify passive and active talent.
  • Proactively identify and directly approach (“Head Hunt”), and engage high-calibre passive talent for niche, technical and/or critical roles.
Screening and Interview Management
  • Screen CVs against role profiles to identify qualified talent.
  • Develop structured interview questions tailored to specific positions.
  • Coordinate and facilitate end-to-end virtual and in-person interviews to assess cultural fit and technical competency.
  • Provide timely, constructive feedback to candidates and update them on their application status.
Vetting, Offer and Administration
  • Conduct thorough professional reference checks, qualification verifications and background screenings along with any other role-specific requirements.
  • Prepare and extend employment offers in line with company procedures and support related offer discussions where required.
  • Assist with the collection of all required pre-employment documentation.
  • Capture and maintain accurate applicant information on the recruitment database.
  • Ensure recruitment documentation is complete, accurate and filed in accordance with company requirements.
Onboarding and Reporting
  • Coordinate and execute comprehensive onboarding to ensure smooth integration.
  • Provide regular, metrics-driven updates to the HR Manager regarding vacancy statuses, recruitment and pipeline health.
  • Prepare detailed quarterly recruitment reports, or more frequent reports where required, including analysis of key recruitment metrics and trends.
